SignDeskPrivacy policy
SignDesk is a Chrome extension that lets you sign, stamp, edit and preview email attachments in Gmail. This policy explains what information SignDesk uses and why.
What stays on your computer
Your documents, attachments, email content, signature image, stamp image, settings and tray files are processed and stored only inside your browser on your computer. They are never uploaded to SignDesk or to anyone else.
What we collect
- The email address of the Gmail account where you use SignDesk.
- A random installation ID, used to count how many computers use a Personal licence.
- Your trial, plan and payment status, and the date you last used SignDesk.
- If you join or run a Enterprise plan: the organisation's name, its email domain (if the admin chose that option) and which members belong to it.
We use this information only to run your trial and subscription. We do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Bachs. We never see or store your card or bank details. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, with its amount and reference.
Where your information is stored
Licence records are stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers in the European Union.
Organisations
If you join an organisation's Enterprise plan, that organisation's administrator can see your email address and when you last used SignDesk.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information, except with the service providers named above so they can do their job, or where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your licence record while your account is in use. To have your record deleted, email us from the address you use with SignDesk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
