SignDeskTerms of use
By installing or using SignDesk you agree to these terms. SignDesk is run by Justice Ubani, Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria.
The service
SignDesk is a Chrome extension that adds tools to Gmail for signing, stamping, editing, merging and previewing attachments. Signatures and stamps are placed as images. SignDesk does not provide certified or legally qualified electronic signatures, and you are responsible for checking that a document signed this way is acceptable for its purpose.
Your documents
Documents are processed in your own browser. You are responsible for the documents you sign, edit and send, and for keeping your own copies.
Trial and plans
- New users get a 14-day free trial, once per person and computer.
- Personal costs ₦1,000 per month for one person on up to 3 computers. Enterprise costs ₦1,000 per user per month.
- Plans are paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There are no automatic renewals.
- An Enterprise plan's admin decides who belongs to the organisation and can remove members at any time.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake or SignDesk does not work for you, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund you.
Fair use
Do not share a Personal licence beyond its computer limit, misrepresent your email address, or try to get around the licence checks. We may suspend licences that do.
No warranty
We work to keep SignDesk reliable, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
